LGW33 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for Malaysian Players

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and LGW33 ("Platform", "We", "LGW33"). This agreement covers all aspects of use of the lgw33.best platform, including Sports Betting, casino games, Poker, Blackjack, and all other services provided by LGW33.

By accessing this website, downloading the LGW33 mobile app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

To open an account and use LGW33's services, you must fully satisfy all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. LGW33 takes the protection of minors seriously and conducts periodic age verification checks. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be closed immediately and all balances frozen pending the outcome of the investigation.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only at LGW33. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, along with the forfeiture of all balances and any pending winnings. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. LGW33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a Malaysian identity card) at any time, particularly when processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected.

LGW33 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods only: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks that support FPX). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We do not accept any foreign currency or payment methods from outside Malaysia.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though limits may be applied to specific accounts based on risk assessment. Credits typically arrive within seconds to 5 minutes of a successful payment. If the credit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with proof of payment.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request. Any deposit made through an unverified method or on behalf of another person may result in account suspension and funds being frozen pending investigation. LGW33 is not liable for any losses arising from the use of unauthorised payment methods.

LGW33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload deposit bonuses, cashback, freeroll tournaments, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering conditions) that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Standard rollover terms: 5x the bonus amount for Sports Betting (minimum odds of 1.50 per bet) and 30x the bonus amount for casino games, unless otherwise specified in the terms of a particular promotion.
• Every player is entitled to receive one-time welcome bonus. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts or false information will be considered fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between players and carry no cash value until rollover requirements have been fully met.
• LGW33 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that are currently in an active rollover.
• Bets placed using bonus funds are not eligible for the cashback programme unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to two-way betting, low-risk wagering to fulfil rollover requirements, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure. LGW33 reserves the right to assess whether wagers were placed in genuine fulfilment of rollover requirements or otherwise.

All Sports Betting at LGW33 is subject to the specific rules of the sport and market being wagered on. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the LGW33 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed in the system. Players are responsible for ensuring their bet details are correct before confirmation. LGW33 will not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets, except in cases of clear technical error on our part.
• If a match is cancelled or not played within the designated timeframe (typically 12 hours for football), all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded in full to the account balance.
• For matches that are postponed and resumed within the stipulated period, all bets remain valid and will be settled based on the final match result.
• LGW33 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at any time without providing a reason, particularly where signs of unusual or suspicious betting activity are present.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds that apply are those at the time the bet is confirmed, not the odds displayed at the time of selection.
• In-play betting is subject to potential processing delays due to technical constraints. LGW33 accepts no liability for unavoidable delays that occur in in-play situations.

All casino games on LGW33 — including live blackjack, poker, baccarat, roulette, slots, and more — run on software from licensed, independently audited third-party providers. The Random Number Generators (RNG) used in casino games have been verified for fairness by qualified independent certification bodies.

• The outcome of all casino games is final once a round is completed. Any dispute regarding an incorrect result must be reported to customer support within 24 hours, along with the relevant round ID.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, LGW33's system will save the current game state and resume from that point when you reconnect. If this does not occur, please contact customer support with the relevant session ID.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• In poker, players are strictly prohibited from colluding with other players or sharing information about their hand during an active game.

LGW33 reserves the right to void winnings obtained through unfair means or by exploiting platform bugs or technical vulnerabilities. Any bugs discovered must be reported to us rather than exploited for personal gain — players who report bugs in good faith may be eligible for a special reward.

LGW33 expects all players to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using our platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in a warning, account suspension, or account closure:

• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or in-game chat.
• Providing false information during registration or in any communication with LGW33.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate LGW33's systems, servers, or software in any way.
• Engaging in any money laundering activity using the LGW33 platform.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your true location or to bypass geo-restrictions imposed by LGW33.

LGW33 cooperates fully with local and international authorities in investigations relating to illegal activity or fraud. Any activity suspected of violating Malaysian or international law will be reported to the relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for keeping your LGW33 username, password, and any account verification codes secure. LGW33 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat — if you receive such a request, it is a fraudulent attempt and should be reported to us immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your LGW33 account. Avoid reusing the same password from other accounts.

• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to our customer support team immediately.

LGW33 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to keep your login credentials secure. Closure by Player: You may close your LGW33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances from your account. Any unclaimed balance prior to account closure will be handled in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures.

Suspension or Closure by LGW33: LGW33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Providing false information during or after registration.
• Any activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or other players.
